Film Frames

Yes! This Showit template can be added into any Showit website or template. Click here to learn how to import canvases and pages from other designs into your current Showit website. Then just copy and paste anywhere on your Showit website! 

Yes, this template will only work on the Showit platform, and an active Showit subscription is required to publish your website. View Showit’s pricing plans here. If you’re new to Showit, they have a 14-day free trial so you can test the platform out before committing. Switching to Showit is easy, and Showit has blog transfer options from Wordpress or Squarespace if you sign up on the Advanced Blog plan.

You cannot change the color of the film frames, but you can swap out all the photos to your own. You can also rotate, dupilicate, layer, or add a gallery to all the frames to make something uniquely custom to you!

Additional costs involved with launching your website include a custom domain (ie www.yourcoolwebsite.com) and a monthly Showit subscription starting at $19 a month which includes the design builder, website hosting, storage and backup. Other optional costs are things such as an email marketing platform to capture email sign ups, a cart system such as ThriveCart or Shopify Lite to sell products, CRM’s like Dubsado or Honeybook, or an online booking calendar/appointment scheduler. 

Showit is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to use (think Canva but for web design!) but like any new platform, there can be a learning curve at the beginning. Showit has a huge library of resources, help docs, and tutorials. There is also an incredibly helpful Facebook group where you can ask other users questions.

These frames can be used by videographers, wedding venues, wedding and event planners, and content creators. While it was designed for photographers in mind, the frames are versatile, so it will work for any creative or service based business that wants to showcase beautiful imagery on their website.
